Transparency is at the heart of Coinflow. This policy outlines how we handle refunds for platform services and digital transactions conducted through our system.
Platform Fees
Subscription fees for Coinflow premium features are refundable within the first 7 days of activation if no crypto-to-fiat transactions have been processed.
Digital Services
Direct digital asset exchanges and blockchain-verified transactions are final and non-refundable due to the immutable nature of distributed ledgers.
1. General Principles
Coinflow acts as a bridge between WooCommerce merchants and blockchain technology. While we strive for absolute customer satisfaction, our refund capabilities are constrained by the underlying technology and regulatory compliance requirements.
2. Merchant Fee Refunds
Transaction fees incurred during the processing of cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable. These fees cover network gas costs and operational overhead that are expended at the moment of transaction execution.
Important: If a merchant initiates a refund to a customer, the original Coinflow processing fee will not be returned to the merchant.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund for platform-related services, please contact our billing department with the following information:
- Registered merchant account email address
- Transaction ID or Invoice Number
- Detailed reason for the refund request
- Date of initial purchase or charge
4. Processing Timelines
Approved refunds for platform subscriptions are typically processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method used (Credit Card or Bank Transfer).
